  • The order has been shipped, handed over to the courier, or marked as Out for Delivery.

  • Doorstep Rejection:
    If you choose to reject the order at the time of delivery after processing has begun, no refund will be issued.

  • 2. No Return & No Replacement Policy

  • Due to the nature of baked goods:

  • Returns are not accepted once the product has left our facility.

  • Replacements are not offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Late or invalid cancellation requests
